Artificial intelligence and Company Brain for established companies
The answers you need every day, found by artificial intelligence in your company’s documents
Your procedures, manuals, quotes and ERP data are already there, but no one can find them quickly. With the Company Brain, the company’s own searchable memory, your people ask a question and get the answer, together with the document it comes from.
- Answers with their source
- every answer shows the document it comes from
- One point of contact
- for development, databases and security
- San Marino and Italy
- for established companies and institutions

The prototype went down well. So what is holding it back?
On its own, an AI model knows nothing about your company. It needs the right data, permissions and someone accountable for it.
In a large organisation, the trial almost always impresses. Then the project passes through four departments, and each one asks a question nobody had anticipated.
Meanwhile, people go on searching by hand. A quote is rewritten from scratch because a similar one can’t be found. The right manual is at another site. A figure from the ERP takes days to arrive. We answer those questions before writing any code, with development, databases and security in the same project.

IT
How does it connect to the systems already in place, and who maintains it?
Security
What data does it read, and who can see the answers?
Legal
Who is accountable if an answer is wrong?
Procurement
What does the contract say about data, costs and leaving the vendor?

What is the Company Brain?
It is an AI assistant that answers your staff using procedures, manuals, contracts, past quotes and ERP data. Next to every answer it shows the document the answer comes from, so the reader can check it. Permissions are set by department and by role.
An example. A technician asks what the acceptance test for line 3 involves. They get three lines and a link to the current quality manual, instead of opening four folders.
Data stays where the company decides. Location and providers are set out in writing in the project.

Why do databases and security belong in the same project?
An assistant that reads company data is also a new way into your systems. It has to be designed with the people who know the database and the people responsible for security.
An example. An industrial group wants technicians at every plant to find manuals, procedures and maintenance history straight away. One point of contact keeps the schedule. Management receives a summary, and IT receives the technical documentation.
Illustrative scenario
This scenario does not describe a real engagement. Real work stays between Strategic and the clients who commissioned it.

AI
The documents
The current ones are chosen with department heads, and permissions are set by role.
DBA
The data
The history sits in an Oracle database. The assistant reads it but cannot change it.
CYB
Security
Before launch, the assistant is tested with questions designed to make it say what it shouldn’t.
AI
The people
Technicians learn to check the source. Managers learn to keep the documents up to date.
The right answer, given to the wrong person, is already an incident.

07 · copy the link to this sectionHow we work
Anticipate, protect, act
Three verbs guide every engagement, whether it involves an AI assistant, a database migration or a business crisis.
Anticipate
Line up the facts. That means systems, data, contracts, people and legal deadlines.
Protect
Secure whatever would bring the company to a halt if it failed, such as access, data backups and supplier clauses.
Act
Deliver in phases, against written criteria. When something unexpected happens, follow a plan discussed in advance.
- What does it cost, and how do we start?
- There is no price list. The first conversation carries no commitment. If there is work to be done, you receive a written proposal for the initial assessment, usually one or two days of work with the people involved. After the assessment comes the proposal for the project, with phases, timing and costs.
- How long does it take?
- The project proposal sets out the phases and timescales. We usually start with one department or one process, and widen the scope only when the first step works.
- Who looks after it?
- You have a single point of contact, who reports to management. When needed, we also work on site.
- What if the result is not convincing?
- Each phase closes against criteria written in advance. Management checks them and decides whether to continue.

What we don’t do
Saying it up front saves everyone time.
- We don’t give legal opinions or attest restructuring plans. We work with the company’s lawyers and accountants, and with the independent professional who attests the plan.
- We don’t issue compliance certificates. We help you comply. Formal assessments are a matter for the bodies responsible.
- We don’t put forward our own tools without saying so. In a second opinion on AI vendors, we don’t put them forward at all.
- We don’t launch an AI assistant without a named owner for its sources, or without permissions set by department.
