ChatGPT and Claude courses

ChatGPT and Claude courses for office teams, from basics to advanced use

The licences are there, but everyone uses the tool in their own way. The course starts from the tool your organisation has approved and from each office’s real documents. Every department learns to write clear requests, check the answers and follow its own usage rules. The course runs remotely or in person, and we travel anywhere in Italy.

Example of a ChatGPT and Claude course for the procurement office. A clear request with task, document and format, the answer checked point by point against the contract, with one missing clause to raise with the supplier, and the department’s usage rules.

Licences for everyone, but only a few people use the tool

The problem is rarely the tool. It is that nobody has shown each office how to use it in its own work.

ChatGPT and Claude reach the office in two ways. Sometimes the company buys licences for everyone. Sometimes someone starts on their own, with a personal account. Either way, each person learns on their own.

That leaves questions that affect everyone. Which documents can be given to the tool? Who checks a text before it goes out to a client? Can a figure suggested by the assistant be used as it stands?

A useful course starts from the real work of each office. It works with everyday documents and the tool your organisation has chosen, under written rules.

Typical scenario

A company activates licences for every office. A few months later only a handful of people use the tool, each in their own way. Nobody knows for sure which documents can be used with it.

What each office does with ChatGPT and Claude

Each office practises on its own tasks. Here are a few examples.

AIExample Sales A draft quote built from earlier ones. Prices, terms and names are checked before it goes to the client.

Procurement and tenders

AIExample Finance and administration Two tables from the ERP compared, with the discrepancy explained. Every figure is checked against the source before it is used.

Technical department

A step in a procedure or a manual explained in plain words. The document is checked first, to make sure it is the version in force. The Company Brain for procedures and manuals

HR

AIExample Executive assistants and management A meeting summary drafted from the notes, with the actions and who owns them. It is always reread before it is shared.

The real tasks are chosen with each office at the start of the work.

Basic course and advanced course: what you learn

The basic course is for people who are starting out or use the tool now and then. The advanced course is for people who already use it every day. You can take both, one after the other.

Basic course

  • What the tool can do, and where it most often goes wrong.
  • How to write a clear request, with the context and the result you want.
  • How to check an answer before relying on it.
  • When an answer should go to an expert colleague.
  • Your office’s usage rules, meaning which documents and which data can be used.

Advanced course

  • Instructions and reference documents saved in the tool, for tasks that come up again and again.
  • Long documents, comparisons between versions, and tables.
  • Multi-step work, from draft to review, with a check at every step.
  • How to tell which tasks are worth handing to AI, and which are not.
  • When it makes sense to connect AI to the company’s systems, and who to ask.

Connecting AI to the company’s documents and systems is a different job, covered by the Company Brain (the company’s own searchable memory) and by AI agents and integrations. For the people who build these connections, there are courses for developers and AI courses for DBAs.

ChatGPT or Claude? We teach the one you have chosen

We don’t rank tools. They change often. The rules for using them well change far less.

The course uses the tool your organisation has approved. If your organisation uses both, the same rules apply to each.

If the choice has not been made yet, we start from the contract and the data, not from the most convincing demo. Where do the documents end up? Who can read them? Does the provider use them to train its models? The terms are not the same for the personal version and the business version.

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI, and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. We name them only to identify the tools the course works with.

Where the course takes place: remote or on site

  • Remote. Online sessions, with the same practical exercises.

  • On site. At your company or public body, with travel anywhere in Italy. Or at Strategic’s premises in San Marino, or at partner venues in Turin and Rome.

The two formats can be combined, for example one office on site and the others remote. Location and schedule are agreed in the programme, before we start.

Practical exercise, materials and record: what stays with your organisation

The course ends with an exercise based on the office’s own work. What was done stays on record.

The practical exercise is a set of typical tasks from the office, done with the approved tool and then reviewed together. It shows what people can do by the end of the course.

We work on real documents chosen with your organisation’s contact person, or on anonymised examples when a document is confidential. Materials and exercises stay with the organisation.

The record notes who took the course, on which tool, with which materials and with what outcome. It is not a certificate. It documents what was done.

Frequently asked questions about ChatGPT and Claude courses for office teams

Is ChatGPT or Claude better for office work?
There is no answer that fits everyone. For office work, both can draft, summarise and read long documents. The contract, the version you choose and your usage rules matter more. If the choice is still open, it is best made before the course.
How to choose
What is the difference between the basic and the advanced course?
The basic course is for people who are starting out or use the tool now and then. It teaches them to write clear requests, check the answers and follow the office’s rules. The advanced course is for people who already use it every day. It works with reusable instructions, long documents, tables and multi-step tasks. It also covers when it makes sense to connect AI to the company’s systems.
Do we need the business version of the tool?
It is decided before the course, with IT and with whoever handles data protection. The personal and business versions have different terms on how data is used, how long it is kept and who manages the accounts. The course adapts to the version you choose. Your usage rules state which documents can be used with which version.
Do you work on our documents?
Yes, where possible. The documents are chosen in advance with your contact person, in line with your usage rules and the contract with the provider. If a document is confidential, we use an anonymised example. Materials and exercises stay with your organisation.
Can we start with a single office?
Yes, and it is often the best way. The course is tried out with one office and adjusted before moving on to the others. The usage rules written for the first office become the basis for the next ones.
Do people need to know how to code?
No. The office course uses the tool as it is, with no coding. People who need to connect AI to the company’s systems follow a different track.
